Special Cast Parts are easily constructed from Sand Casting or Permanent Molds. At PTSHEAT, we engineer Aluminum and Bronze cast parts for any application. Various Processing Equipment utilizes numerous types of specially designed Cast-In Aluminum and/or Bronze Heaters. In addition to the typical and commonly used cylindrical cast-in heaters, complex geometric shapes are used extensively as well.
We can provide you with a SAME form, fit, function design of your existing heater OR offer improvements. Our manufacturing capabilities provide popular cast-in heater shapes as well as specific custom made designs. Special designs can be made to your specifications.
