PID Controller (proportional with integral and derivative) controllers combine proportional control with two additional adjustments to automatically compensate for changes in the system. The integral and derivative adjustments are expressed in time-based units and referred to by their reciprocals, RESET and RATE.

Single-loop, auto-tuning temperature controllers automatically set PID controller parameters for optimum system performance. Manual settings also permit on-off, P, PI or PID controller modes. Auto-tuning temperature controllers supplied by Phoenix Thermal Supply are designed and manufactured to withstand harsh industrial environments.

Watlow LEGACY SERIES Panel Mount Controller

The Watlow® LEGACY SERIES panel mount controller is an industry-leading PID controller that allows optimal performance utilizing simple control and menu functionality without complex features. It is ideally suited for basic applications and usage levels. The LEGACY includes one universal input and an option for up to two outputs and is available in 1/16 DIN and 1/32 DIN panel mount packages. It can be ordered as a PID process controller or as a dedicated over and under-temperature limit controller. Replaces the EZ-Zone PM controller, Series 93, Series 965, Series 96, and ALL brands of panel mount PID controllers.

Watlow PM PLUS SERIES PID & Integrated Limit Panel Mount Controller

Watlow’s PM PLUS™, the enhanced EZ-ZONE® PM, is now more intuitive and features an enhanced interface for easier programming and readability with a SMOOTH-TOUCH™ keypad creating an industry leading user experience. The PM PLUS is backwards compatible with legacy EZ-ZONE PM controllers but offers many user upgrades including an intuitive menu flow allowing the controller to be easily configured. It also continues to offer the industry leading Bluetooth® connectivity with the EZ-LINK™ mobile app for remote access capability and full descriptions of parameters and error codes. Autonics TX Series Controller

The TX Series PID controller features easy-to-read LCD display with large, 15.3 mm white PV characters. The 11-segment displays used for PV and SV are useful for displaying alphanumeric characters. The temperature controllers also feature 50 ms high-speed sampling cycle and ±0.3% display accuracy. The TX Series also features a compact, space saving design with 45 mm depth. With a

Future Design Controls B Series board level controls, models B41 and B42, are based upon the 1/4 DIN panel mount 4100 and P41 controllers. Typically these products are used as sub-panel mount controllers and accessed by a serial modbus master device; i.e. PLC, HMI display, PC, etc.

FDC 8 Series DIN Rail Mount

Surface or DIN Rail Mount Temperature Controller

Series 8 is a combination surface or DIN rail mount temperature controller that uses the latest in solid state and modular technology.

Setup is accomplished simply by adjusting the set point dial by hand. An integral 20 amp “SPDT” relay eliminates the need for “additional” relays when controlling hi-current loads.

The Series 8 is available with either on/off or time proportioning control outputs. Shown below are specifications – consult factory for special hysteresis, proportional band, cycle times, input power and output types and ratings.
