Shipping or delivery policy

Shipping and Delivery of products from www.phoenixthermalsupply.com website will be shipped FOB Atlanta, GA for most items. Basic shipping costs are calculated for standard shipping UPS Ground. Phoenix Thermal Supply reserves the right to add additional shipping costs when large dimensional products are ordered or heavy weight products are ordered. Phoenix Thermal Supply reserves the right to advise the customer if a product or order for products does not fall within the collected standard shipping fees collected at the time of the order. Phoenix Thermal Supply reserves the right to ship products from alternate stocking facilities and manufacturing locations. Shipping times and rates are based on standard shipping from Atlanta, GA. Standard shipping times are based on UPS Ground standard shipping times from Atlanta, GA.

Order Cancellation policy and Return Policy: Phoenix Thermal Supply does not sell subscriptions online. Customers can contact a Phoenix Thermal Supply sales engineer to discuss blanket orders and future releases of large quantity orders. Phoenix Thermal Supply reserves the right to discuss the eligibility of an order to be cancelled. Phoenix Thermal Supply reserves the right to agree or not if a product is replaceable or can be returned. Controls and power controllers are sold under manufacturer warranties. Heaters and Sensors are sold asis. Heaters, sensors, and controls are all sold with life expectancy based on proper installation and proper user application and conditions. Phoenix Thermal Supply will discuss any issues with the customer about any products. Phoenix Thermal Supply reserves the right to accept returns and reserves the right to offer evaluations and replacements after confirmations of any product issues caused by manufacturer defects.

Refund and Returns Policy

Phoenix Thermal Supply reserves the right to agree or not if a product is replaceable. Controls and power controllers are sold under manufacturer warranties. Heaters and Sensors are sold asis. Phoenix Thermal Supply will discuss any issues with the customer about any products. Phoenix Thermal Supply reserves the right to accept returns and reserves the right to offer evaluations and replacements after confirmations of any product issues caused by manufacturer defects.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, inspected, and advise outcome. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of a refund or replacement. The inspection will confirm if the issue is a customer or manufacturer related issue. Misapplication, contamination, or abuse of products void any warranties.

Late or missing refunds

We will advise how a refund will be applied. Credit to your account, credit back to your payment method, or replacement parts sent. If you haven’t received a refund or replacement when promised, first check with your sales engineers and our office.

It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during our packaging or manufacturing process. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@ptsheat.com.

Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless your sales engineer confirms that we will cover shipping costs.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. Contact our Sales Engineers for tracking information.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
